Abstract：One case confirmed transient ischemic attack(TIA)with recurrent in our department recently was retrospectively analyzed,total cerebral angiogram and adjust the treatment plan were performed after that the patient gradually was stable.Through the analysis of clinical data and summary of the newest related literature,TIA is strong,powerful and early warning signal of cerebral infarction,the corresponding early clinical intervention should be carried out according to the different causes of patients.
