Abstract：Congenital defects are one of the major diseases that endanger health of the newborns.This study reviewed the clinical data of one child who had congenital absence of corpus callosum combined with quadrigeminal cyst and learned the relevant literature,to investigate the clinical features,prognosis and diagnosis methods of congenital absence of corpus callosum.The disease has diverse clinical manifestations,complex type of corpus callosum has poor prognosis. The combination of clinical manifestations,physical examination,brain ultrasound or MRI could prompt diagnosis.
