Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of early health intervention for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods140 patients with cardiovascular disease treated in Department of Cardiovascular of Southern Hospital from February 2013 to March 2015 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given early health intervention on the basis of the usual treatment and patients in the control group were given routine care program based on the original model of care,psychology,organic diseases improvement rate and compliance changes in two groups before and after intervention for one month were compared after.ResultsVarious negative psychological and emotional incidence after intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that before intervention and in the control group (P<0.05);intermittent dizziness, memory loss,headache,insomnia,chest tightness,palpitation and other physical organic disease improvement rate after intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that before intervention and in the control group (P<0.05);in the observation group,the scores of medication,dietary habits and regular work and rest compliance after intervention was higher than that before intervention and in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionEarly health intervention on psychological state and organic diseases recovery of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases is significant,although improvement effect of medication and life style compliance is not obvious,there are obvious improvements for psychological and physiological changes of patients,which has a positive effect on the construction of the early health intervention mode.
