血液净化中心实施层级全责一体化护理的临床效果研究

摘要目的探讨血液净化中心采用层级全责一体化护理的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月～2015年6月我院血液透析患者80例，并将其分为两组，各40例，观察组患者使用层级全责一体化护理，对照组患者使用常规护理，比较两组患者护理后总满意度、一次性穿刺成功率。结果观察组患者一次性穿刺成功率为95.00%，显著优于对照组的80.00%；观察组患者总满意度为97.50%，显著高于对照组的77.5%（P＜0.05）。结论血液净化中心实施层级全责一体化护理具有良好的临床效果。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of the integration with full responsibility nursing care of the whole blood purification center.Methods80 hemodialysis patients from April 2013 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups,40 patients in each group,the patients in the observation group were treated with integration with full responsibility nursing,the control group of patients were used conventional care,after nursing,the satisfaction degree and one-time puncture success rate of two groups were compared.ResultsPatients with one-time puncture success rate was 95.00%,was significantly better than that of control group of 80.00%,the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.50%,was significantly higher than that of control group of 77.50%(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe implementation level of the blood purification center full responsibility for the integration of nursing has a good clinical effect.
