Abstract:Objective To explore the clinicalapplication of sevoflurane static inhalation combined anesthesia and propofol total intravenous anesthesia in pediatric strabismus surgery.M ethods 60 children patients who conducted strabismus surgery from August 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected.ASA grade was gradeⅠ,among that 26 cases were boys,34 cases were girls and the age from 2 to 6 years.Patients were average divided into propofol total intravenous anesthesia group(P group)and sevoflurane static inhalation combined anesthesia group(Sgroup)by random number table,30 cases in each group.Patients in P group were used propofol and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia induction and drug maintenance with propofol and remifentanil intravenous anesthesia.Patients in S group were used sevoflurane and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia induction and drug maintenance with sevoflurane and remifentanil intravenous anesthesia.The mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),postoperative extubation time(T0)and PACU residence time at before induction(T1),the beginning of tracheal intubation(T2),the beginning of operation(T3),15min in operation(T4)and the end ofoperation(T5)in twogroupswere compared.Results Theheart rate in Pgroup at thebeginning of tracheal intubation(T2),the beginning of operation(T3),15min in operation(T4)and the end of operation(T5)were respectively[(115±8)/min],[(110±7)/min],[(111±8)/min]and[(110±7)/min],which had statistical significances with those were respectively[(107±8)/min],[(106±8)/min],[(107±7)/min]and[(106±8)/min]in S group(P<0.05).The postoperative extubation time(T0)was[(7.5±2.6)min]in Sgroup,shorter than thatwas[(9.4±2.7)min]in P group(P<0.05). Conclusion Sevoflurane static inhalation combined anesthesia can stabilize heart ratio during operation,rapid extubate after operation and can be safely used in pediatric strabismus surgery.
