Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of Desflurane on the muscle relaxation effect of cisatracurium in patients with breast cancer so as to seek effective methods for clinical treatment of breast cancer patients.MethodsAltogether 40 ASA 1 or ASA 2 breast cancer patients undergoing simple mastectomy plus sentinel lymph node biopsy in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the Desflurane group and the Sevoflurane group,20 cases in each group. The Desflurane group was inhaled with Desflurane.N2O(100-150 ml/min),O2(200-250 ml/min),ET O2(3.99-4.39 kPa)and intravenously injected with 0 6 mg/kg Atracurium(2 ED95)at 30 min.The Sevoflurane group was intravenously injected with 0.15 mg/kg Cisatracurium via upper extremity after anesthesia induction. The muscle relaxation effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups in onset time and intubation time(P>0.05).The time of no reaction, maintain time of block,T1 25%recovery time, T175%recovery time,TOF 70%recovery time and recovery index of the Desflurane group was longer than that of the Sevoflurane group, with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean arterial blood pressure, oxygen saturation and heart rate at pre-induction between the two group (P>0.05).While,There was significant difference in the mean arterial blood pressure, oxygen saturation and heart rate at post-induction between the two group (P<0.05).ConclusionDesflurane can prolong the recovery time of the muscle relaxation effect of Cisatracurium, the anesthesia time is longer, the cisatracurium dosage use is lower, which indicates the enhanced role of Desflurane on muscle relaxation effect of Cisatracurium, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and perfection.
