中西医结合治疗儿童弱视的临床效果观察

摘要目的探讨中西医结合治疗儿童弱视的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2014年6月在我院治疗的94例弱视患儿作为研究对象，随机分为甲组和乙组，各47例。甲组采用中西医结合治疗，乙组采用西医综合治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果甲组的总有效率为97.87%，显著高于乙组的82.98%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论给予弱视儿童中西医结合治疗，能够显著提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the the treatment of amblyopia in children.Methods94 children with amblyopia in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,47 cases in each group.Group A was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and group B was treated with integrated treatment of western medicine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of group A was 97.87%,which was higher than 82.98%of group B,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionCombination of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine in the treatment of amblyopia in children can significantly improve the treatment effect,it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
