Abstract:Objective To study the application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound on the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy of gynecological emergency.Methods Diagnostic data of 160 patients with ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by laparoscopic or open surgery in our hospital from July 2012 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were given transabdominal(transabdominal ultrasound)and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography(transvaginal sonography)examination.The detection rate between the two examination methods was compared.Results The detection rate of fetal cystic,attenuation mass type,mixed mass type,solid mass type,float type,special type of tubal ectopic pregnancy of transvaginal ultrasound were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference of the detection rate of ovarian pregnancy,cornual pregnancy,rudimentary cornual pregnancy between the two examination methods(P>0.05).The mass diameter of transvaginal sonography examination concentrated in 2-3 cm,and this result was consistent with the final results,while the mass diameter of transabdominal ultrasound examination concentrated in 4-5 cm,and there was a statistical difference between the two examination methods(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal sonography has an important value in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy of gynecological emergency,and the detection rate is high,and the result is closer to the final results.It is worthy of promotion Application value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound on the diagnosis of gynecological acute ectopic pregnancy.Diagnosis rate is high, and the end result is more close,worth promoting.
