可吸收螺钉内固定与传统内固定手术治疗四肢关节内骨折的效果比较

摘要目的比较可吸收螺钉内固定与传统内固定手术治疗四肢关节内骨折的效果。方法选择我院骨科在2015年3月～2016年3月诊治的四肢关节内骨折患者132例，依照治疗方法将患者分为试验组和对照组，各66例。试验组给予可吸收螺钉内固定治疗，对照组给予传统内固定手术治疗，比较两组患者的治疗有效率和并发症发生率。结果试验组患者的治疗有效率为92.42%，对照组为65.15%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论可吸收螺钉内固定治疗四肢关节内骨折的效果更好，能改善患者治疗预后，临床安全性高，可以推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare the effect of absorbable screw internal fixation and traditional internal fixation in the treatment of intra-articular fracture of extremities.Methods132 cases with intra-articular fracture of extremities treated in department of orthopedics of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and they were divided into the experimental group and control group,and there were 66 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with absorbable screw fixation,while the control group was treated with traditional internal fixation.The effective rate and incidence rate of complication between two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate was 92.42%,and the control group was 65.15%,and there was a statistical difference between two groups(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complication of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of absorbable screw internal fixation and traditional internal fixation in the treatment of intra-articular fracture of extremitiesis better,and it can improve the treatment prognosis of patients.It has more clinical security.The treatment deserves to be promoted.
