Abstract:Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on postpartum outcomes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods Altogether 136 cases of PIH pregnant women who were treated in our hospital from December 2013 to January 2016 were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,68 cases in each group. The control group was given general nursing service;while, the study group was given early nursing intervention. The postpartum outcome, fetal outcome, clinical nursing service satisfaction as well as preand post-interventional maternal blood pressure of two groups were summarized and compared. Results The postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section rate of control group were higher than those of study group(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference in incidence of placental abruption and preeclampsia(P>0.05).The incidence of asphyxia, fetal distress, premature delivery of control group was higher than that of study group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of clinical nursing service was 80.88%in control group, lower than that of 97.06%in study group(P<0.05).The maternal blood pressure of two groups were measured at admission, but the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the post-interventional maternal diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of perinatal nursing interventions for maternal pregnancy induced hypertension have lower incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption, preeclampsia and cesarean section as well as asphyxia, fetal distress and premature birth. Most of puerperasare satisfied with the nursing serviceand have a better control of blood pressure after nursing intervention.
