Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of early health education on rehabilitation of limb function in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods280 patients′clinical datas with cerebral thrombosis treated by Department of Neurology in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(regular nursing on rehabilitation guidance)and the observation group (early health education)according to different nursing measures.The neurological impairment,quality of life before and after nursing,recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore nursing,there was no significantly different among the scores of NIHSS in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of NIHSS in two groups were all declined,and compared with those before nursing,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).And that in observation group was lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significantly different among the scores of indexes of quanlity of life in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,those in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And those in observation group was higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of early health education in patients with cerebral thrombosis can reduce the score of neurological impairment,improve the quality of life and patients′satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
