Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Pantoprazole combined with Bismuth Potassium Citrate in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer.Methods71 cases of gastric ulcer in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the research object, according to the order of admission number by using the random number table method, all the patients were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(36 cases). The control group was treated with Bismuth Potassium Citrate treatment, the observation group was treated with Pantoprazole combined with Bismuth Potassium Citrate treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.ResultsThe clinical symptom remission time and the time of complete disappearance of the lesions in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (68.6%),with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Pantoprazole combined with Bismuth Potassium Citrate in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer is prominent, which has the effect of Good, adverse reactions, not easy to relapse, and other advantages,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
