Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance of double antiplatelet aggregation therapy in diabetic mellitus patients with cerebral infarction.MethodsFrom May 2015 to February 2017,72 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Clopidogrel alone, and the observation group was treated with double antiplatelet aggregation therapy,on the basis of the control group,Aspirin was added. The neurological deficits, daily living ability and adverse events were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.ResultsThe Barthel score in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the NIHSS score in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, with significant difference(P<0.05).The Barthel score in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group, and the NIHSS score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionDouble antiplatelet aggregation therapy in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction has high clinical value, which can effectively improve neurological function and living ability and high safety.
