Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of fiber choledochofiberscopy combined with laparoscopic gallbladder preserving lithotomy.Methods62 patients with gallstones admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the experimental group (n=31)and the reference group (n=31)according to the different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with laparoscopic gallbladder preserving lithotomy.The experimental group was treated with fiber choledochofiberscopy combined with laparoscopic gallbladder preserving lithotomy.The operation time,length of stay,ambulation time,the amount of bleeding during operation,the incidence rate of adverse reaction and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe operation time,length of stay and ambulation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,and the amount of bleeding during operation of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the reference group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 100.0%,which was higher than 74.2%of the reference group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.2%,which was lower than 22.6%of the reference group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of fiber choledochofiberscopy combined with laparoscopic gallbladder preserving lithotomy is obvious,the recovery is faster and the adverse reaction is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
