Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing after terrible triad of elbow joint. Methods A total of 60 patients with terrible triad of elbow joints treated in Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30) according to the random number table method. The control group adopted conventional care, and the observation group used continuous rehabilitation nursing based on conventional nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications, the elbow range of motion and Mayo elbow performance score before and after nursing in two groups were compared. Results There were no significant difference in the elbow range of motion and Mayo elbow performance score between two groups′ patients before nursing (P＞0.05). After nursing, the elbow range of motion and Mayo elbow performance score of the two groups were higher than those of the group before nursing, the elbow range of motion and Mayo elbow performance score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing model can effectively improve the joint mobility after terrible triad of elbow joint, reduce the risk of complications. Therefore, this nursing mode can be popularized and applied in clinic.
