Study on the efficacy of application of Feitai Capsules in the retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of application of Feitai Capsules in the retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 80 patients of retreated tuberculosis admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Chaoyang City from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases).The control group used routine anti-tuberculosis drug treatment,the experimental group adopted the method of adding Feitai Capsules treatment on the basis of conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs.The index of cardiopulmonary function,serum inflammatory factor levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of oxygen partial pressure,forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC after treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of carbon dioxide partial pressure,tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 8(IL-8),and C-reactive protein(CRP)after treatment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant difference in the levels of oxygen partial pressure,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,carbon dioxide partial pressure,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,CRP before treatment in the two groups(P＞0.05).The levels of oxygen partial pressure,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC after treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of partial pressure of carbon dioxide,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,and CRP after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group(90%)was higher than that of the control group(70%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Feitai Capsules has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Combined use with conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function and related serum indicators of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
