Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Compound Yinhua Jiedu Granules in the treatment of common cold. Methods A total of 96 common cold patients treated in Anhui No.2 Provincial People′s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group (48 cases) and the control group (48 cases). The observation group was treated with Compound Yinhua Jiedu Granules, the control group was treated with Antiviral Granule. The clinical treatment effect, temperature change and symptom score between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.58%, which was higher than 70.83% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference of body temperature between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After 4 h, 2 and 3 d of treatment, the body temperature in both groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significcant (P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant difference in the scores of symptoms such as headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat and cough between the two groups (P>0.05).The symptom scores such as headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat and cough of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the symptom scores of headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat and cough in the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of common cold, the effect of compound Yinhua Jiedu Granules is good. Both compound Yinhua Jiedu Granules and Antiviral Granules can effectively improve symptoms.
