Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Munro pressure ulcer risk assessment scale(Munro scale)in the prevention of pressure ulcer in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical hysterectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to Bo′ai Hospital of Zhongshan from May 2018 to April 2019 who underwent laparoscopic extensive total hysterectomy during the period of conventional pressure ulcer assessment were selected as the control group.A total of 60 patients admitted to Bo′ai Hospital of Zhongshan from May 2019 to April 2020 who underwent laparoscopic extensive total hysterectomy during the period of Munro scale were selected as the observation group. The incidence of pressure ulcers in the two groups was compared, and the satisfaction of patients with pressure ulcers in the operating room was investigated. Results The total incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Munro scale in the prevention of pressure ulcers in patients undergoing extensive laparoscopic total hysterectomy has a good effect. The application of Munro scale for preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative evaluation of patients undergoing surgery can reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers, effectively guarantee patient safety, and thus improve patient satisfaction.
