Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of predictive risk care in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 160 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 80 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing mode, and patients in observation group received predictive risk nursing mode. The cardiac function related indicators, medical compliance behavior and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there were no statistically significant differences in cardiac function index, compliance behavior score and quality of life score between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), early diastolic/late diastolic maximum blood flow peak (E/A), compliance behavior score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) of the two groups was lower than that before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive risk nursing model has significant nursing effect on elderly patients with coronary heart disease, which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients.
