Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of implementing nursing emergency plan combined with primary nursing in the rescue of high-risk obstetric patients. Methods A total of 66 high-risk obstetric patients who were admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table, the obstetric patients were divided into group A (n=33) and group B (n=33). In the group A, the obstetric patients were provided with routine care. In the group B, emergency plan combined with primary nursing was adopted. Disease knowledge mastery, nursing quality, satisfaction, and breastfeeding situation were compared in the two groups. Results The total mastery of disease knowledge in the group B was higher than that in the group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing quality score of the group B was higher than that of the group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the group B was higher than that of the group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The breastfeeding success rate of the group B was higher than that of the group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The lactation yield of the group B was more than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The initiation of lactation in group B was earlier than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the rescue of high-risk patients in obstetrics, the implementation of emergency nursing plan combined with primary care can improve the patient′s knowledge of disease, the quality of care, satisfaction, and the success rate of breastfeeding, and can promote lactation.
