窄谱中波紫外线联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的效果和安全性

摘要目的分析窄谱中波紫外线联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的效果和安全性。方法选取2019年1月～2020年2月沈阳市第七人民医院皮肤科收治的124例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（62例）和观察组（62例）。对照组患者采用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用窄谱中波紫外线联合中药药浴治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数（PASI）评分以及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率（91.94%）高于对照组（75.81%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的PASI评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后的PASI评分为（13.87±1.16）分，对照组患者治疗后的PASI评分为（18.26±1.73）分，观察组患者治疗后的PASI评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的不良反应总发生率（4.84%）低于对照组（16.13%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论寻常型银屑病患者接受窄谱中波紫外线联合中药药浴治疗，能够改善患者的皮损状况，提高治疗效果，且不良反应发生率较低，值得临床应用。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet rays combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 124 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted the Department of Dermatology in the Seventh People′s Hospital of Shenyang City from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group (n=62) and observation group (n=62) by the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Mometasone Furoate Cream,and in the observation group,they were treated with narrow-band ultraviolet rays combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath on the basis of the control group.The total effectiveness rate of treatment,the psoriasis area lesions and severity index (PASI) score before and after treatment,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.94%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 75.81%,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,PASI scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The PASI score of the observation group after treatment was (13.87±1.16) points,and that of the control group was (18.26±1.73) points.The PASI score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.84%,lower than that in the control group accounting for 16.13%,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with psoriasis vulgaris receiving narrow-band ultraviolet rays combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath treatment can improve their skin lesions and enhance the treatment effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical application.
