Abstract：Objective To investigate the randomized,double blind,and control study of Probiotics in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and to analyze the curative effect and application value of Probiotics in the clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 50 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were treated in our hospital from June to October 2016 were evenly divided into two groups by random,double-blind,and comparison.The controlgroup(n=25)was used the Actretin Capsules for treatment,while on the basis of treatment in control group,the observation group(n=25)was accompanied it with Probiotics for treatment.The post-treatment clinical efficiency,skin lesion area before and after treatment,severity index scores(PASI)before and after the treatment were comprared after 3 months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92%(23/25),which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 72%(18/25),with significant difference (P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PASI score between two groups (P＞0.05),while after treatment,the PASI score of the observation group was (6.82±4.22)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (10.76±5.35)points,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the therapeutic process of psoriasis vulgaris,both the conventional treatment and Probiotics treatment can significantly improve the efficacy,and reduce the PASI score,it is worthy of promotion.
