Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of exercise therapy on the rehabilitation of female workers with occupational musculoskeletal disorders in electronic manufacturing industry. Methods A total of 50 cases of female workers with occupational musculoskeletal disorders in electronic manufacturing industry admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with exercise therapy. The Berg balance scale(BBS)score, timed “up and go” test(TUGT),manual muscle test(MMT)score, modified Ashworth scale(MAS) score, step size, step width, step speed, muscle activity, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of cervical erector spinalis (CES), upper trapezius (UT) and middle trapezius (MT) were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the BBS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the TUGT was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The MMT score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the MAS score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The step size, step width and step speed of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The CES score, UT score and MT score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise therapy can promote the rehabilitation of female workers with occupational musculoskeletal disorders in electronic manufacturing industry.
