Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement nursing mode on the reaction of blood donors and blood scrap rate in blood collection. Methods A total of 200 blood donors who participated voluntary blood donation in Fuzhou Central Blood Station from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as research objects, and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group adopted the mode of continuous quality improvement on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction, adverse reactions and blood scrap rate of blood donors in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After intervention, the total satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.00%,higher than that of the control group (79.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.00%, lower than 12.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood scrap rate in the experimental group was 2.00%, lower than 14.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of blood donors in blood collection stations, reduce the adverse reactions of blood donors, and reduce the blood scrap rate.
