Abstract：With the implementation of the new medical reform,traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）has a huge space for rapid development with its own advantages.Through the analysis of the development history and current situation of TCM,this paper found that the research on the characteristic service of TCM in prefecture-level city general hospitals is mostly from the view of diseases rather than the diagnosis and treatment model of TCM.Therefore,this paper puts forward the construction of TCM multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)management mode,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the construction,investigate the functions of professional management assistant under this model.And it can provide references for prefecture-level city general hospitals to develop TCM,adapt to the requirements of medical reform,and carry out integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
