Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Etomidate combined with Sufentanil in painless gastroscopy in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,a total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing painless gastroscopy who were admitted to the Fifth Hospital of Nanchang were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control groups(40 cases)and observation group (40 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was given Sufentanil combined with Propofol, and the observation group was given Sufentanil combined with Etomidate. The myocardial enzyme indexes when leaving the gastroscope room, eye opening time, active response time, time to leave the gastroscope room, hemodynamic indexes during the peri-anaesthesia and the occurrence of related complications during the examination were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)when leaving the gastroscope room, creatine phosphate kinase(CK)and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)in the myocardial enzyme indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group′s eyeopening time, active response time, and time to leave the gastroscope room were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of bradycardia and hypotension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of painless gastroscopy and Etomidate for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively reduce the impact on cardiac function, reduce the impact on circulatory function, and promote the patient′s recovery from anesthesia, with fewer complications and high safety.
