Research progress of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis

Abstract:Acute pancreatitis is an acute inflammation of the pancreas,the common cause of which is biliary and hyperlipidemia.In recent years,with the change of people′s lifestyle and dietary conditions,the incidence of acute pancreatitis with hyperlipidemia as the etiology is on the rise.The treatment and prognosis of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis are often related to serum triglyceride levels.At present,clinical treatment options include:general treatment,drug therapy,blood purification,Chinese herbal adjuvant therapy,etc.While for some special hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis,such as familial celiac syndrome,there are special gene drug treatment options.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress in the treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis,hoping to help clinicians in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis.
