Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of Claudin-1,E-Cadherin (E-cad),CyclinD1 and non-metastatic 23 (nm23)in different differentiated lung adenocarcinoma cells, and to explore their correlation with the degree of differentiation and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma. Methods From March 2013 to March 2017,the lung adenocarcinoma tumor tissue specimens and normal tissue specimens adjacent to the lung adenocarcinoma of 60 patients undergoing lung adenocarcinoma surgery admitted to the Clinic Pathology Diagnosis Center of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research objects. The tumor tissue samples were set as the experimental group, and the normal tissue samples adjacent to the lung adenocarcinoma were set as the control group.According to the morphological characteristics of light microscopy, lung adenocarcinoma tumor tissue samples were divided into high differentiation, medium differentiation and low differentiation.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of Claudin-1,E-CAD,CyclinD1 and nm23 in cancer, adjacent and normal tissues.Samples were respectively obtained from cancer, paracancerous and normal lung tissues.Immunohistochemical staining was implemented to detect the expression of Claudin-1,E-cad,nm-23 and CyclinD1.Results The expressions of E-cad and nm23 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CyclinD1 and Claudin-1 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of E-cad and nm23 in highly differentiation was higher than that in low differentiation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of CyclinD1 and Claudin-1 in highly differentiation was lower than that in low dif-ferentiation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Claudin-1,E-cad,nm23 and CyclinD1 play an antagonistic role in the occurrence and development of tumors, which affect the evolution of tumors. They can be used as auxiliary indicators for histological classification, clinical stage and prognosis.
