Abstract: Objective To explore the application of bone marrow infusion in rescuing patients with hemorrhagic shock after severe trauma. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 80 patients with hemorrhagic shock from severe trauma treated in Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from February 2018 to March 2020. Grouping according to admission time: 40 patients receiving routine peripheral venous infusion from February 2018 to February 2019 were included in the control group, and 40 patients receiving marrow cavity infusion from March 2019 to March 2020 were included in the study group. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The established passage time, first administration time, infusion time, blood pressure recovery time, and heart rate recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the infusion speed was faster than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the success rate of one puncture in the study group was 97.50%, higher than 77.50% in the control group, the rescue success rate in the study group was 95.00%, higher than 77.50% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the rescue of patients with hemorrhagic shock after severe trauma, the application of bone marrow infusion can shorten the time of channel establishment, the time of the first administration, the time of infusion, the time of blood pressure recovery, improve the speed of infusion, and improve the success rate of the first puncture and the success rate of rescue.
