Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of emergency rescue combined with low-dose Epinephrine in treatment of patients with severe asthma.MethodsEighty-six patients with severe asthma admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine emergency rescue and conventional drugs such as Methylprednisolone and Aminophylline. The observation group was based on the treatment measures of the control group and added with low-dose of Epinephrine, and the changes of heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation and other indicators and therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the respiratory frequency and heart rate of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionCombination of application of emergency rescue and low-dose Epinephrine is effective and safe in treatment of severe asthma patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
