Abstract:Objective To analyze the prevention effect of early infection in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods From March 2015 to March 2020, 40 patients who received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in Zhongshan People′s hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group (20 cases),and the observation group (20 cases) according to singular and plural by patients ward. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the observation group received standardized nursing intervention. The infection occurrence time and maintenance time, infection occurrence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The duration of infection in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the total incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,.the total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). But there was no significant difference in the time of infection between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The standardized intervention of nursing risk in patients received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, which can effectively reduce the risk of early infection, improve its overall treatment and nursing effect, improve patient care satisfaction, and even if infection occurscan control the infection in a short time, and reduce the impact of infection on its treatment effect.
