煤工肺尘埃沉着病患者健康素养、自我管理和生活质量的相关性分析

摘要目的分析煤工肺尘埃沉着病（尘肺）患者健康素养、自我管理和生活质量的相关性。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月于萍乡市第三医院收治的60 例煤工尘肺患者为研究对象，采用问卷进行调查，问卷包含三部分，即慢性病生活质量特异性量表、慢性病自我管理行为量表、慢性病健康素养调查表。汇总各项因素，用线性回归进行多因素分析，从中对尘肺患者自我管理、健康素养与生活质量之间的相关性予以明确。结果尘肺患者的健康素养总分与自我管理行为中的认知性症状管理、运动锻炼之间呈现正相关（r=0.353、0.254，P＜0.05），在患者的健康素养中，改善健康意愿与其生活质量得分之间呈正相关（r=0.159，P＜0.05），在自我管理行为中，其运动锻炼与生活质量得分之间呈负相关（r=-0.250，P＜0.05）。结论煤工尘肺患者的健康素养、自我管理与其生活质量之间存在着紧密关联。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the correlation of health literacy,self-management and quality of life in patients with coalworker pneumoconiosis(referred to as pneumoconiosis).Methods Sixty patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to the Pingxiang Third Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The questionnaire was used to conduct the survey.The questionnaire contained three parts,namely the chronic disease quality of life specific scale,chronic disease self-management behavior scale,and chronic disease health literacy questionnaire.Various factors were summarized and linear regression was used for multi-factor analysis to clarify the correlation between self-management,health literacy and quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis.Results There was a positive correlation between the total score of health literacy of patients with pneumoconiosis and cognitive symptom management and exercise in self-management behavior(r=0.353,0.254, P<0.05).In patients′health literacy,there was a positive correlation between the willingness to improve health and their quality of life score(r=0.159, P<0.05).In self-management behavior,there was a negative correlation between exercise and quality of life scores(r=-0.250, P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship among the health literacy,self-management and the quality of life in patients with coalworker pneumoconiosis.
