Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Feikening Decoction combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children asthmatic bronchitis. Methods A total of 70 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Dexing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nebulized of Budesonide+Salbutamol, and the observation group was added with Modified Feikening Decoction. The clinical efficacy, improvement time of symptoms and signs, pulmonary function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effectiveness rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of dyspnea, wheezing, shortness of breath, profuse phlegm, cough and lung wheeze in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)in the morning and PEF in the evening in both groups were higher than before treatment, and PEF in the observation group in the morning and evening after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Feikening Decoction combined with aerosol inhalation can improve the treatment effect of asthmatic bronchitis in children, speed up the disappearance of symptoms and signs such as wheezing, and promote the recovery of lung function. It is safe and reliable, and it is worthy of wide application.
