Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of Dexamethasone combined with Xueshuantong atomization inhalation in postoperative vocal cord polyps of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods From January 2019 to October 2020,60 patients with vocal cord polyps with qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group were treated with Dexamethasone,and the observation group were treated with Xueshuantong atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group after operation.The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional Dexamethasone atomization inhalation,Xueshuantong atomization inhalation can significantly improve the curative effect of patients and reduce adverse reactions such as dry mouth,which is worthy of clinical application.
