Abstract:Objective Exploring the application effect of the medical-nursing cooperation guidelines for turning over in critically ill patients in the ICU.Methods From January 1,2019 to June 30,the 213 patients who were treated in Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine according to the conventional turn-over method were selected as the control group.From July 1,2019 to December 31,the 219 patients who were treated in Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicineaccording to the turn-over guidelines established by doctors and nurses were selected as the study group.The incidence of adverse events,incidence of complications,rate of secondary intubation,unplanned stay in ICU,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the rate of secondary intubation was lower than that of the control group,the unplanned stay in ICU was shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing total satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical-nursing cooperation guidelines for turning over critically ill patients can reduce complications,adverse events,unplanned extubation,make patients more satisfied.
