Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of risk early warning assessment and management in high-risk pregnant women under the “two child” policy. Methods The clinical data of 76 pregnant women with high risk of second child admitted to Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the intervention method, they were divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(38 cases). The control group adopted the traditional high risk scoring method, and the observation group adopted the risk early warning assessment management intervention method.Risk classification, successful delivery, maternal and infant outcomes, pregnancy comorbidities and complications, and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of high-risk pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the successful delivery rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score 1 min after birth between the two groups(P>0.05).The Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 5 min after birth, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk early warning assessment management under the "two child" policy in high-risk pregnant women has good effect, the total incidence of high-risk pregnancy is low,the successful delivery rate is high, and the maternal and infant outcomes are good.
