Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of awarding policy oriented intervention in treatment of children with deciduous teeth caries.Methods A total of 168 children with deciduous dental caries admitted to the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of Dalian Stomatological Hospital from January to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table,they were divided into observation group (84 cases) and control group (84 cases).The control group received non-traumatic repair surgery and routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given reward-oriented intervention based on this basis,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The treatment effect,treatment cooperation,treatment time,postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) score and total nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and total cooperation degree of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the treatment time was shorter than that in the control group,the pain VAS score was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Awarding policy oriented intervention can achieve significant effect in children with deciduous teeth caries,which can effectively improve the children′s treatment compliance and shorten the treatment time.Besides,it is conductive to the development of harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
