认知-行为-社交技能训练对老年精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响

摘要目的探讨认知-行为-社交技能训练对老年精神分裂症患者生活质量及社会功能的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月佛山市顺德区伍仲珮纪念医院收治的86 例老年精神分裂症患者，采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，每组各43 例。对照组予以抗精神病药物治疗和常规护理干预，试验组则在此基础上予以认知-行为-社交技能训练。运用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表（SSPI）和日常生活能力评定量表（ADL）评估患者干预前后社会功能和生活质量的变化情况，并采用调查问卷调查两组的护理满意度情况。结果干预前，两组的各项社会功能评分及SSPI 总分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，两组的各项社会功能评分及SSPI 总分均高于干预前，且试验组的各项社会功能评分及SSPI 总分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预前，两组的各项生活质量评分及ADL 总分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，两组的各项生活质量评分及ADL总分均低于干预前，且试验组的各项生活质量评分及ADL 总分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组的护理总满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论应用认知-行为-社交技能训练有助于促进老年精神分裂症患者生活质量和社会功能的改善，能提升护理满意度，临床应用效果良好。

Abstract：Objective To explore the cognitive behavioral social skills training on quality of life and social function in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with schizophrenia in Wu Zhongpei Memorial Hospital of Shunde District in Foshan City from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group using the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given antipsychotic drug treatment and routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given cognitive behavioral social skills training on that basis.The scale of social function in psychosis inpatients(SSPI)and ability of daily living(ADL)were used to evaluate the changes of social function and quality of life of the patients before and after the intervention,and questionnaire was used to investigate the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the social function scores and SSPI total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the social function scores and SSPI total score of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the social function scores and SSPI total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in all aspects of quality of life scores and ADL total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,all aspects of quality of life scores and ADL total score of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and all aspects of quality of life scores and ADL total score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive behavioral social skills training is helpful to improve the quality of life and social function of elderly patients with schizophrenia,and can improve nursing satisfaction,with good clinical effect.
