Abstract：Objective To explore the influience of mobile ICU transport mode on the treatment and transportation of critical patients in Xinyu city. Methods From January 2019 to October 2020, 76 patients in Department of Emergency of Emergency Rescue Center of Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (38 cases) and the observation group (38 cases) according to different transport modes. The control group was transported by ordinary ICU, mobile ICU transfer mode was used in the observation group. The safe transport and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of safe transport in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion During the treatment and transportation of critically ill patients in our city, the mobile ICU transfer mode can improve the safe transport effect and reduce the incidence of adverse events. It can improve the safety of patients with serious diseases and is worth promoting.
