Abstract：Objective To investigate the mid-term effect of color ultrasound-guided percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) in the treatment of arteriovenous fistula (AVF) stenosis. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with AVF stenosis treated in Shangrao People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into two groups by the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with PTA, and the control group was treated with percutaneous thrombectomy.The clinical indexes before and after operation of the two groups were recorded, and the occurrence of adverse events and the patency of internal fistula at 18 months after operation were counted. Results The internal diameter of the internal fistula stenosis in both groups after operation was larger than that before operation, the natural flow of the internal fistula, and the blood flow of dialysis were all higher than those before operation, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significant differences (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the patency rate of internal fistula at 18 months after operation was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion PTA in treatment of patients with AVF stenosis can improve the clinical indexes, which has certain safety.
