Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of four items of liver fiber detection in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. Methods The clinical data of 400 patients with suspected liver fibrosis in Fushun Infectious Disease Hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 158 patients were selected as the observation group, and they were divided into viral liver cirrhosis, cholasis hepatic cirrhosis, alcoholic cirrhosis, liver cirrhosis caused by autoimmune liver disease and stasis cirrhosis according to the condition. While 202 patients with noncirrhosis treated at the same period were selected as the control groups. Hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), collegen type Ⅳ(CⅣ) and procollagen ⅢN-terminal propeptide (PⅢNP) were measured in the two groups, and the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of clinical liver fiber were recorded. Results The HA, LN, CⅣand PⅢNP of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The HA, LN, CⅣand PⅢNP of different cirrhosis types of the observation group were compared, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the four tests were 90.12% (146/162), 94.96%(226/238), 93.00% (372/400) respectively. Conclusion In the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis, the four detection of liver fiber has significant significance in the evaluation of liver function.
