Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression levels of serum atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and cardiac troponin(cTnI) in patients with hypertensive with chronic kidney disease (HCKD) and their cardiac arrhythmia (CA). Methods A total of 136 patients with HCKD admitted to the Fifth People′s Hospital of Jianli City, Hubei Province from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects, according to whether there was arrhythmia, they were divided into CA group (92 cases with arrhythmia) and non CA group (44 cases without arrhythmia), serum ANP and cTnI levels were compared among different subgroups. The relationship between heart rate variability (HRV) in CA group and non CA group was compared. The correlations between serum ANP, cTnI and HRV were analyzed. Results With the increase of lowns grade, the expression levels of ANP and cTnI in serum increased gradually and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD and pNN50 in CA group were lower than those in CA group the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ANP level was negatively correlated with SDNN, SDANN,rMSSD, pNN50 level in CA group the difference was statistically significant (r=-0.679, -0.603, -0.472, -0.738, P<0.05). Conclusion Serum ANP and cTnI levels may be related to the severity of Ca in patients with HCKD, the higher the LOWNS classification, the higher the severity of CA. The detection of serum ANP and cTnI levels has certain value for the evaluation of CA.
