Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of Lingxi Yin combined with Metoprolol Tartrate in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods A total of 70 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia who were admitted to Shaoguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with basic medications for coronary heart disease combined with oral Metoprolol Tartrate, and patients in the observation group were treated with Lingxi Yin orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 10 days, the comprehensive clinical efficacy, the number of atrial and ventricular premature beats, heart rate, and QT dispersion(QTD) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the number of atrial and ventricular premature beats on the Holter in both groups was fewer than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group, the heart rate and QTD of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Lingxi Yin combined with Metoprolol Tartrate can significantly improve the effect of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia.
