Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of family-based health management on the knowledge, attitude, belief and practice model of stroke high-risk populations.Methods A total of 118 cases of stroke high-risk populations admitted to Guangdong 999 Brain Hospital from March to September 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group (59 cases) and observation group (59 cases) by random number method.The control group was treated with routine health management, and the observation group was treated with family-based health management.The scores of stroke prevention and control knowledge, health beliefs and health behaviors of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of stroke prevention and control knowledge, health beliefs and health behaviors between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05);After 3 months of intervention, the scores of stroke prevention and control knowledge, health beliefs and health behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Familybased health management can improve the knowledge, attitude, belief and practice model of stroke high-risk populations, and provide a basis for formulating more effective primary stroke prevention health management programs.
