Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of early plastic surgery on deep burns of hands.Methods A total of 96 patients with deep hand burns admitted to Jiujiang First People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from September 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into reference group(n=48)and study group(n=48)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the reference group were treated with delayed repair,and in the study group was used early plastic surgery The treatment effect,complication rate and patient satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of treatment in the study group was 95.83%,higher than that of the reference group accounting for 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.25%,lower than that of the reference group accounting for 20.83%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment satisfaction of the study group was 91.67%,higher than that of the reference group accounting for 77.08%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early plastic surgery is effective in treating patients with deep hand burns,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
