Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of thrombelastogram(TEG)and serum amyloid A(SAA)detection in preeclampsia of pregnancy.Methods A total of 119 cases of preeclampsia patients who delivered in Yangjiang People′s Hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the preeclampsia group.According to the diagnostic criteria of Obstetrics and Gynecology,they were divided into the mild preeclampsia group(58 cases)and the severe preeclampsia group(61 cases).A total of 60 pregnant women with normal late pregnancy during the same period were selected as the control group.Samples were collected for TEG and SAA detection,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results The response time(R)and coagulation time(K)of the mild preeclampsia group and the severe preeclampsia group were longer than those of the control group,SAA values of the mild preeclampsia group and the severe preeclampsia group were higher than those of the control group,while coagulation angle(Angle)and maximum thrombus amplitude(MA)of the mild preeclampsia group and the severe preeclampsia group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The R and K of the severe preeclampsia group were longer than those of the mild preeclampsia group,SAA value of the severe preeclampsia group was higher than that of the mild preeclampsia group,while Aangle and MA of the severe preeclampsia group were lower than those of the mild preeclampsia group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The indicators of TEG and SAA are closely related to the severity of preeclampsia in pregnancy,which can better understand the condition development of patients with preeclampsia and provide meaningful basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.
