Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive hematoma removal combined with Urokinase in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) in the basal nucleus area and its influence on nerve function. Methods A total of 80 patients with HICH in basal ganglia region admitted to Jieyang People′s Hospital from March 2016 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group (40 cases)and observation group (40 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine craniotomy hematoma removal, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive hematoma removal combined with Urokinase. Glasgow coma score (GCS), neurological function scale score (NIHSS) and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results The GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 1 and 3 months of treatment, and the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of pulmonary infection in observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of intracranial infection between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive hematoma removal combined with Urokinase therapy in patients with basal ganglia HICH can improve the patient′s neurological function, reduce the incidence of coma, and have fewer postoperative complications.
