Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage(CH)complicated with depression(DP).Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,120 patients with CH and DP who were admitted to Shangrao People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60)by throwing coins. In the control group, routine nursing was used;and in the observation group, early rehabilitation nursing intervention was added on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention lasted one month. The patients′ anxiety and depression before the intervention and one month after the intervention were compared, and the countermeasures and the incidence of complications during the intervention were also compared. Results After one month of intervention, the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, the scores of the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of intervention, the score of positive response in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the negative response score was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing exerts a certain effect in alleviating the anxiety and depression of patients with CH and depression, enhances the ability to cope with the disease with few complications, and has clinical promotion value.
