Abstract:Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of sputum culture bacteria in the respiratory department of Huludao Central Hospital from 2014 to 2019.Methods From January 2014 to December 2019,a total of 3617 sputum culture results(2796 patients)meeting the requirements in the respiratory department of Huludao Central Hospital were included. The sputum of the patients was cultured and drug resistance was detected to analyze the distribution of bacteria and drug resistance. Results Among the bacteria in sputum culture,66.33%(2399/3617)were Gramnegative bacilli, mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii.Fungi accounted for 31.08%(1124/3617),and Candida albicans was the main fungus.Gram-positive bacilli accounted for 2.60%(94/3617),mainly Staphylococcus aureus. The drug resistance of Gram-negative bacilli showed that among the 24 common antimicrobial drugs, the highest drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was Cefoxitin(65.72%),the highest drug resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae was Ampicillin(95.01%),the highest drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii was Sulfamethazole/Trimethoprim(65.32%).Conclusion Gram-negative bacilli were the main bacteria in the sputum culture of respiratory department, followed by fungi.Drug sensitivity test indicated that different strains had different sensitivities to different drugs.
