Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the perioperative period of patients with intracranial tumor. Methods A total of 68 cases of intracranial tumor patients treated in Liaocheng Third People′s Hospital in Shandong Province from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (34 cases) and the experimental group (34 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing methods, and the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention. The clinical treatment effect, hospitalization time, anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group after nursing was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative period in patients with intracranial tumor, cooperate psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve patient satisfaction with care, alleviate the psychological pressure of patients, more conducive to improve the patients′ condition and the desired therapeutic effect, thus effectively improve the quality of life of patients, in the future clinical work more popularization and application value.
